"I was a customer for years. I cancelled and switched my insurance with them after the premium was raised with no explanation. No attempt was made to get my rate lowered or keep me as a customoer. They continued to automatically bill me 4 days later. It has currently been 10 days since then and I still have not received my refund. Apparently it has to be processed and done in check form which Bishop who works there admitted was stupid. All he told me when I complained or asked if anything could be done about the situation was "I'm sorry" in a tone which clearly conveyed he did not in fact care at all. All in all they practice exceptionally poor customer service and I would strongly advise against doing business with them."
