"Spoke with him back in July to cancel my homeowners policy because we sold the place. Actually had a good conversation because he lived in my hometown previously. Seemed like a good enough guy. BUT, he confirmed over the phone but never canceled it. We continued to get charged. I calle d back repeatedly and the woman who answers the phone kept saying she couldn't do anything but would give him the msg. Never got a call back. Finally my wife called today and said we were complaining to coprorate if we didn't get a call back. He called her and claimed to never recall that we requested cancellation. This despite several messages, emails through the website, etc. I would not use him again and this has actually soured me on State Farm as a company as I also spoke with corprorate a month ago to confirm cancellation after I couldn't reach Tim and they said I had to call Tim personally to do so. There' s no reason I've had to spend my time to do any of this. How hard is it to cancel a policy."

"I’m not sure if you can fall in love with an insurance company but I think I just did. Truly the best customer service every time I call and the app that works with State Farm is amazing. I recently had my car broken into and I have never felt more taken care of. They made it feel like nothing happened because of how easy it was to get a hold of someone, how painless filing the claim was, and how kind the representatives were. Also the drive safe and save program has nearly cut my bill in half. My fiancé and I are obsessed with checking my driving scores, trying to improve, and watching how quickly it increases my discount. It is a night and day difference to how frustrating it was to deal with my former insurance company. I cannot say enough good things about State Farm and probably will be a member for life. My friends think it’s funny that someone in their 20s can be so obsessed with an insurance company, but hey....they are seriously just that awesome."

This State Farm office is very helpful and goes the extra mile to make sure that you have the coverage that best works for you specific needs. Also, when I was in a motorcycle accident they were very helpful during the process and quick to process my claim."
