"This has got to be one of the WORST offices I’ve dealt with in my life. They refuse to provide documents upon request. Shady things have happened regarding suspension of cars on my policy without my permission and my account has been stripped of all online documentation prior to March (2 months after the suspension messes have happened). Office employees do not listen to requests, will not do as they say they will, and are not knowledgeable in any aspect of their job. I would highly recommend staying away from this place. They’ve cost me so much money due to their errors."

"I've been with State Farm for 33 years and switched to Heidi Pollock about 30 years ago. I only had my autos to begin with, then added rentals and lastly my home. My previous home owners insurance company kept raising premiums, I had no claims. State Farm was always just a little less, but I wasn't going to change for $100-150 a year. After two increases of $500, I contacted Heidi again and they saved me $1000 a year on my home owners with the same coverage. I've always felt they had my best interest at heart.
