"I love this bookstore; the owners and everyone who works there. If you happen to read a bad review from a man recently, please disregard it. I was there. He had no business accusing them unjustly. The emplyees were concerned about the man's 12 year old son, who appeared anxious, being left alone in the store for a very long time, and sought help from the local police. The man came back, met the policeman and then made a jerk out of himself, berating the barristas who were only concerned about the boy's welfare."

"terrible service… my family have been loyal customers for two years and today my brother got the cops called on him. he was sitting in the cafe reading a book drinking his hot coco both things were paid for, I’m very disappointed with the service. Also the lady selling the books had a bad attitude since we walked in."

"This bookstore has numerous books that are specific to this area and the regional amenities and natural resources! From rock hounding to mushroom picking or tree and plant identification and gold panning locations, this bookstore has something for everyone, especially if local outdoor activities like beach combing, hunting or fishing is your cup of tea! Speaking about a cup of tea, the best coffee shop in Gold Beach is located right inside the bookstore! Have Ronnie serve up one of her famous Carmel Fraps, you won’t be disappointed! They only use top quality coffee and ingredients for the drinks! Don’t forget to check out the Artwork while you’re there!"

"A book lover's dream. There is an expansive art gallery downstairs as well as several shelves of regional books, coloring books, journals, nature guides, and books by local authors. There's a good selection of greeting cards. Attached is a delicious coffee shop with fresh baked goods, paninis, and clam chowder. Upstairs is a collection of used books. Each time I visit Gold Beach I treat myself to a book or two."

"This has been our favorite stop in Gold Beach. We browse the books and art and greeting cards and choose a few to take home. If we want a latte or pastry, they have it. The ambience is quiet, relaxed and welcoming. I enjoyed the Elvis statue this summer!"
