"I went to Kendal Honda to buy my new car and I’m so happy I did because it was unlike any other car buying experience I’ve had. I was nervous to go there at first with a preconceived notion that they’d be pushy but to my surprise they made the entire process very easy from beginning to end. Lee, the main salesman I worked with for two days was personable and patient even going back and forth between different Kendall lots so I could check out various car models. Dan the manager was honest, kind, and made the whole experience very welcoming, he even offered to buy my son lunch since we were there a while. All the staff treat their customers like they truly care about giving the best car buying experience. I will definitely go back again. I’m familiar with the service side but this was my first experience with the auto sale side and it greatly exceeded my expectations. Thank you to everyone that helped me!"

"Edit… Mike the manager reached out. He was able to explain things more clearly. He provided a direct number so I can get additional help once I am able to get my car seen again. I appreciate the great customer service. In general the people there were very polite and friendly. Scheduled an appointment at 845 for my car to have a few things checked out. Sat in the waiting area til nearly 2:30 pm, only to be told they weren’t sure how to deal with the codes that popped and that I should go somewhere else. The only good thing is that the guy didn’t charge me since they couldn’t figure out what needed to be done. We bought our car there almost 2 years ago. That is why I called them (made a bad assumption that I would need to bring my car there for the warranty). Wish they would have just told me on the phone to car another place and that my warranty would still be valid. Very frustrating. The one photo shows express service…. There was nothing express or quick about them!"
