"It is 1/20/24. I just bought cookies from here. I opened them and gagged at the smell. They expired 12/07/23. Thanks for making me hate my favorite cookies..."

"Cashier wouldn't reload my 711 brand reloadable debit card.... nice. Also noticed that one of their card readers is broken and the other one doesn't have tap to pay. Brand new store is already run down"

"No gas attendant was present and saw another customer pumping their own gas so I assumed I should just pump mine. A bit later, an employee came out running and screaming at me and physically shoved me away from the pump. They then pointed at a sign that was poorly visible that said to pay inside. I tried to give gestures to signify I understand that now but they wouldn't accept that and refused to remove the pump from my car. I kept trying to take it out myself and they again shoved me out of the way and swatted my hands away, barring me from it. They eventually took it out and was screaming at me as I got in my car and left. I can't believe they have employees who will assault you over such a thing, I felt unsafe and it's also extremely unsafe for an employees safety to carry themselves that way."

"We spent $39.00 on gas and the convenience store worker refused to let us use the bathroom without making a purchase and said that the gas purchase wasn’t sufficient to use the restroom. That being said the attendant pumping gas is very quick to provide service and friendly like he always is. It sucks that the cashier inside isn’t as friendly or about customer service"

"The attendant literally sat with his face in the phone and when we asked for service we were told its self-serve (which is illegal in Oregon). Not to mention the sign right in front of him read “full service” as he is telling us he won’t serve us (which we are disabled and were clearly displaying that placard, which is a whole other issue). Hope its just this one employee, but it was a bad enough experience I don’t know if I’ll ever give them a chance again. Here is a photo of that employee when he wouldn’t even respond when we asked how it was legal to require self-service in Oregon."
