"It's KFC so the chicken tastes like KFC, my complaint is with the accuracy of the orders, I've been here a total of 4 times and 2 out of those 4 times the orders were wrong. I know math is hard for some people but this is 1st grade math. A 5 piece should contain 5 pieces not 4. If I order two combos it should come with 2 sets of fries, not 1. I would advise anyone who visits here to check your order before you leave!"
"Pretty disappointed with our order tonight. This isn’t the first time this establishment has messed up my order either. Not only did we have to wait a while at the window but when I got home I realized both our orders were shoved into one small box. I ordered a 4 piece original crispy meal so it came with one side already and a drink. I also ordered two other individual sides for my daughter and 2 additional biscuits. Everything was literally crammed into small one box. One of the biscuits was crumbled apart because it was so smashed. Then I get home and start unpacking our food and noticed we got a 3 piece chicken tenders meal and the Mac and cheese was a tiny portion and it was old and cold. Both mash potatoes had very little gravy but they were warm at least. Just disappointed. Paid way too much for the wrong order, missing chicken, cold tiny portions and crumbled biscuits. Honestly done going here…. Do better!"
"I have been going once a week for the past couple of months or so due to my schedule and grandchildren. I have been short on pieces of the 9 piece bucket. I finally said something and they offered to replace the bucket but were very rude. I asked for the managers phone number and the gave me the stores number. I just left there getting a bucket for the guys at work and was short again. The girl in the drive through handed me a box with a leg in it and shut the window without any sorry or anything. I waited for her to come back and she would not come back to the window. Trying to support my local business in my town but I would rather support one that is friendly and will help you. If that means driving 10 miles out of my way I will. I have been in the food service before and handed an order that is incorrect along with a few crumple up napkins is not ok."
