"Normally like wendys but this location will make you never want to come back. Every time I've been to this store there is an issue either with the food itself or the understaffed, often angry employees. The latest event that has turned me away from wendys for awhile occurred last week when I took my kid to get a happy meal and was basically refused service because the manager on duty threatened to call cops because they wouldn't scan the app coupon code. I filed a complaint with corporate and spoke with a district manager so hopefully they are maybe fixing the multitude of issues at this location that have been going on for months"

"We've lived in Gresham 5+ years now. As far as fast food goes, Wendy's has always been a favorite. But the Gresham Wendy's....good grief. Their drive thru messes up something in our order - I am not exaggerating - about 80-90% of the time. We have gotten in the habit of stopping before driving away, to check everything first. It's always something different. Missed fries, wrong sandwich, a burger dripping in cheese when we asked clearly for no cheese (we have a dairy allergy). I'm not a complainer but this is ridiculous. And just a tip, if you care that your order is right, don't drive thru Wendy's."

"I recently visited Wendy's and ordered a ghost pepper Ranch chicken sandwich, only to be dismayed halfway through my meal as I discovered that the chicken meat was raw. This experience was highly disappointing and raises concerns about the food safety practices at this establishment. I urge the management to prioritize quality control to ensure the safety and satisfaction of their customers."

"Had a breakfast muffin, it was pretty tasty, if they would toast the English muffin it would have been MUCH better. The seasoned potatoes were very tasty and the French toast was quite good."

"Oddly enough, the chicken sandwich was on point. The sauce had a bit of heat, which was an unexpected surprise. The young lady behind the counter went above & beyond in helping me figure out what to order. Being legally blind, it has been a challenge in ordering went i eat out. She not only told me all the options within my food preference. But she also, read out all the condiments that were on the sandwiches as well. The atmosphere was pleasant. Good variety of music and I was the only one eating in the dining room. This experience was a breath of fresh air. It has helped to reestablish my faith in asking random strangers for help."
