"By far the worst shell gas station I have ever been to. I will be reporting to the better business bureau. I was informed. They only accept fred meyer fuel points if you use a credit card. But they charge you more when you use your credit card for gasoline."

"I’ve lived in the area for over a year now and come to this gas station frequently, but I’ve since put it on my red list after this morning. My card has always been hit or miss on their machines and has to be run inside because of this even though I never have this issue at other gas stations. But, whatever, fine. However, the employee this morning (10/30/23 at 7:30am) was rude when I asked if we could try to run the payment again and insisted that there’s something wrong with my card and that their machines are “perfect”; that if my card didn’t work on the gas pumps, it wouldn’t work inside either. Funny considering I’ve had it ran inside at this gas station many times, but okay buddy, I won’t be coming back. My experience this morning is on top of the many times my card doesn’t seem to vibe with their machines. I’ll just go to Arco down the road."

"Horrible customer service. Attendant got all over my case because I did not see the "no self service" picture on the pump. Tried to enter my rewards info and the guys acted like I had just destroyed his day and time with his 2 cell phones. Would not acknowledge or allow me to enter my rewards info. Acted like I was going to tell him my cc card pin for him to enter for me (oh, hell no). Then asked me to remove the gas cap for him (what happened to no self service, drop the phones sir). Managed to get the hose in place and gas going. I sat in my truck and waited. Gas finished, I wait 6-7 minutes and then start to get out and do it myself, guy pops out and removes the hose and replaces the cap. I get ready to go, the guy tells me to wait. Started my vehicle while I waited, he freaks out acting like I am taking off on the bill or something. A couple of minutes later, he yells from the office(?) that I can go. Still no idea why I had to wait. I would not go there, even if it was snowing, and I was walking with a gas can in hand. Don't recommend anyone to either."

"Found myself late at night on empty... They were the only gas station we could find and have no regrets about it. The SWEETEST, KINDEST and oh-so,-cute -and-tiny asian woman (I'm so sorry I don't know what her exact ethnicity was/is.... Which is embarrassing). But the sorry goes that with my half adult kids and half teenager kids in the back seat she came up and looked at me smiling at her getting ready to chat... And instead of asking what I wanted, she commented on how nice my smile was. She was A DELIGHT. While we all sat, waiting for the gas to fill up this darling older woman took the time to peek into the car, say hi to the kids in the back and greet the kids with a genuine and sincere kindness you don't find every day. I don't know who works there the rest is the day or if they're as kind as she was, but she totally made my night and I would happily go back."

"Not sure what had the pump attendant so pissed as to cuss at me in front of kid-siblings, along with another driver. We didn’t see the no self-serve sign, we’re visiting family from out of state and heard news that the laws changed here. It was our bad, but there had to have been a better way to approach/correct us instead of being so hostile. He refused to pump our gas too, which didn’t make sense. Gas guy, I hope your day gets better."
