"Worst service ever, employee forgot my drink, then forgot my fries, when I said something about him forgetting I got a dumb look and he said I did. Handed him back my order and my large fry turned into a half full cold fry. Use to love this arbys but will not be going back. Pay high price for a bad meal. And since when is the arbys Reuben not toasted."

"Apparently if u ask them to customize any item they feel insulated and gives you attitude. I know they keep food ready but asking for something custom is not a crime i think . Management need to educate the employees."
"I normally don't have a problem with this place. I actually normally enjoy the food really very much. And/or I only get a few problems every now and then, when I ask for No onions and no tomatoes on my Greek Gyro. And somehow I still get tomatoes or occasionally an onion. But I have usually no problem, Marching My little butt with my cane back inside and having them remake it again, You're the one wasting the food, not me. If you just listen to what I have to say, the first time you wouldn't have gotten it wrong. Although not all these people, most were pretty good. I'm pretty sure they've let that guy go since then."
