"These people are a joke. I definitely do not recommend this place. They have terrible customer service. Don't waste your money here. They told us that it was going to take them two weeks to do our sign for our company and it took them 6 months. We even bought the materials they needed. Every time we called to check on the status, they kept telling us that they are working on it as were speaking. Then when we called them the following month, they said that they were still working on it. Todd would hide or disappear whenever we called or went to see how it was going. He did not keep his word and would disappoint us left and right. Then finally after 6 months we called them and the women on the phone told us to come pick it up because they can't deliver it to us. Our deal in the beginning was that they were going to deliver it to us. After we picked it up, they were not even done with it. So they came out the next day to put the letters for our sign and it wasn't even how we provided drawings for because they lost our paperwork. So they copied our business card that they had. We are embarrassed of our sign that we need to have it redone. Even though they made us pay in full or else they wouldn't leave our parking lot. Our sign is VERY SMALL with our phone number on it. We did not want our number on the sign at all. Like I said they just copied our business card. Don't waste your time and money here like we did. Learn from our mistake by trusting these guys and go somewhere else who will take care of you and you will get what you paid for. We wish we knew. Safe yourself a hassle and go somewhere else."

"A real disappointment. This shop may do excellent work, but in my case anyway, Todd is not very good at keeping his appointments, so I'll never know. I rescheduled my business day in order to meet him at the time he specified for my drop-off. I arrived early, waited until 15 minutes after the scheduled time, and called repeatedly from his parking lot while I was waiting for him, as well as knocked on all the doors. No answer. Todd, I know you read these reviews, and you have my number. If you'd like to make good on this, give me a call."

"I took my Miata in to have them install a new top (one I bought from Robbins). There was a problem when I went down to drop off the car and found the shop closed. Turns out there was a family emergency, and this is a family run shop. Other than that they did a great job and worked with me on scheduling drop off and pick up. They do good work and are a Robbins certified installer."
