"The gas attendant snapped my debit card in half trying to put it in the pump! All she said is “I don’t know what to do” major inconvenience the week before Xmas. She smashed it into the machine at a weird angle and that caused the break. She appeared to be on something… last time coming here"
"Absolutely terrible customer service today 8/23/23. Not a word one from the cashier through entire transaction, then when I walked out their bag ripped out from the bottom and one of my drinks exploded and was ruined. When I asked for a replacement I was looked at like I was crazy and was told no. I was shocked due to this was not my fault that their bag ripped, and was not even to my car yet. So I expected a replacement no big deal, but when was told no I was very surprised. Do not go here, absolutely terrible customer service today, has been good in the past. Dude with the long beard was working"
"My Husband went here last night to get gas before work. When he pulled in,. there were two guy's off to the side talking. He sat and waited and waited for no one to come and pump gas. So he got out to start pumping his own. Then the guy ran over started yelling at him and ripped it out of his truck and told him to go pay. My husband said, I still need gas and he refused. When he left last night his gas gage was still on empty. Way to go on that great customer service! You guy's are horrible! This is why so many job's are being replaced by machines (self serve)."
"Went in there for a quick 12-pack. The sign said 12.99 and get up to the register and it rings up at 14.49 plus deposit. Guy said it might be in the wrong spot, grabbed a different products 12 pack and the exact same thing happens but this time the sign said 1269 and it rang up at 1449... Said that I don't appreciate the bait and switch to try to pray on people not paying attention. The employee says we've had tons of complaints about that very thing. Quite clearly it's company policy. Go elsewhere if you can to someone a little bit more reputable."
