"Chad, Christian, and the gang did a great job with fixing me back up after a collision. They handled the back-and-forth with the insurance company and got the vehicle back to me in a timely fashion."
"Customer service was at best non existent, at worst rude. I received one email with an update during the entire 5 week repair time. I had to call to get any information, and was repeatedly met with rude, uncooperative people who gave little to no information, and seemed annoyed that they had to talk to me. To reiterate - it took 5 weeks! I was told 2-3 weeks when I dropped it off. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any business. In addition, there was a layer of fine dust all over the car when I picked it up, even after being told they cleaned it. I will say the actual repair seemed very well done, but it should be for the utterly insane amount of money that it cost. I'll go somewhere else next time, where at least they can keep me updated and not be jerks about it."

"Someone parked illegally and I hit the tailgate of their truck with the side of my vehicle. Luckily Fix Auto worked with my insurance company (USAA). Thank goodness I only had a copay. Fix Auto took great care of my vehicle - they even helped me get a ride to and from the car rental place. Great customer service and communication throughout the process. They even outsourced someone to recreate a detail on the vehicle and worked with me on keeping my rental for an extra day until it was good for me to pick up. I recommend this place!
