"I’ve had my F-type serviced there a few times. It’s never been a great experience. Their customer service is terrible.The employees are not really trained and do not provide you with all the info. Last time I took my car in, the person on the phone failed to mention they would keep the car for 3 days till I asked for the timing. The other time they kept my car overnight without any communication even though they told me later that afternoon. They try to be sneaky. Being the only one in the state they can get away with the sub par service. My advice, do yourself a favor a don’t buy a Jaguar, at least not if this dealership is your only option."

"My experience with JLR of Portland has been top notch. Their sales staff are communicative and really want to get the right vehicle for you. We custom ordered a new 2024 F Pace and it came out better than we expected. Was a long wait but was worth it. Have had to work with their service dept once and that couldn’t have gone any smoother and made me feel like they really do care about satisfaction. So far 10+ service!"
