"Tried to order off the overy expensive doordash and they canceled the order. It's bad enough you have to pay a 30% upcharge to order doordash. If you don't want to make the food then close your store on the website earlier then you close. It's not that hard. I won't order or eat here again."
"Absolute poor leadership. They were out of 5 entrees. And greens, which I can’t just eat rice or noodles. It was a 15 minute wait. Why? It’s fast food, it’s your goal to at least be on top of it. I manage people, I’d be embarrassed, they should be embarrassed. Offer an alternative, a discount, a substitution. But not, “we can’t help you.” Nice new building, but poorly run."
"We enjoy eating at Panda Express. This was the first time at this location. We placed our order, and we were surprised at how small the portions were here. I ordered Orange Chicken, and we had to wait 7 minutes for the chicken. When they gave me my bowl, there were maybe 5 pieces of chicken. My husband ordered the mushroom chicken. When he got his plate, there was no chicken in the mushroom chicken. They told him that's what happens when they are almost out. Since they didn't have any mushroom chicken that had chicken in it, they gave him a little container of teriyaki chicken with no sauce. It was a good thing we weren't that hungry."
"Can you tell me why I was just given orange chicken when I ordered string bean chicken? This place just continues to impress me. Wait you're closing 2 hours so you don't have any food left? This place needs a new owner and new management. I was super excited when this place was going to open in town. But it's managed terribly. They stopped making food a full hour before they close. I just bought $35 worth of food, they asked me to wait in front of the store so they could bring it to me. And then after making me wait for 15 minutes they tell me they don't have the food. So I'm getting a refund. Very poorly run store. Disappointing and unprofessional. *** After being unable to deliver my food they refuse to give me a refund and told me to come back and I could get an equal value meal. I'm pretty sure this is illegal. *****"
