"Employees would rather shriek and giggle on the headset than take your order. I only ordered one item and had to repeat it like 10 times - and no, I'm NOT exaggerating. On top of this, my drink was made wrong. Save your money and your time and go somewhere else. You'll thank me later."

"We went through the drive thru and had given our drink order to a person who was outside taking orders. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. So I guess the Atmosphere was 5 * even though it was a drive thru. And we only had 3 cars ahead of us. Didn't take long at all."

"Good service, very friendly. Their flavor shots don't have a lot of flavor to them but coffee is good. Save your money and just get a regular coffee (like a latte or breve) rather than adding flavors. I even experimented with asking for double the flavor and still couldn't taste it. I love the taste of coffee so this doesn't bother me but worth noting for others."

"The staff and coffee were great!!! I was however shocked at the cost, a 20 oz granita was $6.50, that makes this one of the most expensive coffee shops in town. Dutch bros is $5.75 for 24 oz and several other shops are less. Love the Human Bean and its coffee but it's a steep price."
