"Mr. Franco does very good work. Truly a professional. Although he had other projects at hand, he made the space to help. He changed the shock absorbers and springs on my VW PASSAT. Very fast and professional. Done the same day within hours. Other shops want you to make appointments and then postpone the appointment. Not here with Mr. Franco. A no non-sense person. Don't let the look of the shop, the language, or his quiet attitude prevent you from getting the help you need with mechanic work. This is the place. I would certainly come back to this place if the need arises."

"Unfortunately, our car broke down on I-84 outside of Hermiston. Fortunately, though, the tow truck driver took us to see Franco. He tried to fix it as inexpensively as he could (knowing it's an older vehicle), but it was a Honda only part. He drove up to Tri-Cities to get the part and it was fixed as fast as possible! He was great through a terrible experience."
