"I stopped at point s thinking I would just get my tires rotated, but little did I know I needed two tires replaced urgently. Since I had no idea this was an issue, I came completely unprepared and panicked when I realized I didn't know how to pull it off. The guys at point s were so kind and helpful, they helped find a solution and went way above and beyond to make sure I could leave safely. I'm so grateful for their willingness to think outside the box, and their personal commitment to my well being...above and beyond any monetary transactions...is something I haven't experienced for a long time. Good on you, point s!"

"I was on the road with a tight schedule and had a tire blow out on my trailer. They were able to get me a new tire installed and a spare in under a half hour. The cost was very reasonable and the service was top notch!"

"They managed to mess up three things in my car when replacing the alternator which should have been an easy replacement, they managed to break off the dipstick so now I can’t check my oil level, they left wires unplugged and hanging loose in a couple spots as well as leaving the wiring harness that runs across the motor laying down on the exhaust instead of remounting them on their clips. The loose wires ended up being for my air conditioner and cost me 80$ to get fixed. Fortunately I had aftermarket stereo wires in my car that are zero gauge and they were able to withstand the heat, however a bunch of plastic melted onto the exhaust from the plastic housings causing smoking and melted plastic smell in the car. They did finally manage to fix the dipstick and repaid for the 80$ that it cost to get the wiring rerun that had been left out of place. I have reviewed my rating after going back here for checks on my alternator. These guys are nice dudes and seem to care about helping fix your problem. Can’t blame them for employing a dude who didn’t follow these ideals who no longer works here, apparently he came highly recommended and was a good worker for a while then turned out to really not care about his job."
