"DO NOT order online. Never said they were out of the bread we wanted and didnt state it when we picked it up so they just gave us what ever. we ordered cookies in the meal to give to the kids and it never showed up for some reason. ordered ex pickles and came loaded with cucumbers lol the online thing is a mess. idk if its the store or what but dont use online"
"Amber was one of the worst customer service reps I have encountered and I manage retail. She was rude, had a really bad attitude towards us, and had zero patience and couldn’t answer simple questions. We observed multiple customers notice her unprofessionalism. Will not be back at this subway."

"My mobile order said it was ready for pickup, but when I arrived the guys behind the counter had printed the order reciept but got busy and forgot to prepare our food. The gentleman that addressed me was super nice about it and gave us an extra cookie and upgraded drink sizes to make up for the wait. Sandwiches were made perfect and all of the ingredients were fresh and crisp."
"The staff here is great! It's in an industrial area and can get busy at peak lunch hour but if you time it right then it's normally quite quick service. I am enjoying the new menu options as well."
