"I thought this place was going to be amazing. I should've read the reviews. I was so surprised how quickly they got me in for the first visit. But unfortunately it's a front for there business. I was having car trouble and unfortunately my truck just wouldn't start and flood a lot, so I would need to wait 10 minutes or so for the gas to settle. So when I knew I would be a few minutes late I gave a Courtesy call. Then I wanted to make sure if there was a cut off time. That if I showed up past the point they wouldn't be able to see me. They said yes, if you show up past 15 minutes late. We won't be able to see you well. I showed up before the 15 minute mark was even up. And then they refuse to see me. Apparently all because I said I was really disappointed that they lied to me and said that if I made it in time they would be able to see me and instead refuses to see me. And then I walked out without throwing a fit without cursing without even a really bad negative attitude. I just said I was disappointed and walked out. Well, apparently they really didn't like that. Because 2 weeks later I receive a letter. In the mail saying that they will no longer see me. We'll After talking to the dentist that I was referred to by them. Apparently it has nothing to do with me. It's because I'm on o. H. P and apparently o HP already paid them out and they get paid the same amount regardless if they see me once in a year. Or a 100 times in the year. They figured they've already maxed out. So they're kicking me out because of that. They're the sketches place. I've ever dealt with and i'm going to report them."

"The front office staff is always in such a good mood and so welcoming. Everyone is really kind! I’ve had all great experiences."

"I had several bad experiences. The dentist was horrible with communication. They kept having normal conversations over me, while working on my teeth, and whenever they would start an operation, which caused pain, they gave me no heads up, and it wasn’t until after I said something, that they numbed the area, and they didn’t even give me a heads up about that either. This is probably one of the worst dentists I’ve ever been to!"

"I had a few permanent fill-in and one temporary fill-in done at this dentist and a cleaning. The temporary fill-in fell off after a few hours while I was eating soft food. So disappointed, and I lost all the trust in them. Now, I am hoping that my permanent fills in will not fall too. Update: After a few days, I got a molar infection where I had my permanent fills in. I went to see a different dentist, and even that dentist was questioning the way this dentist worked. Even the cleaning was not done properly."

"I'm writing this review for a very dissatisfied patient. He wanted two teeth extracted. They scheduled him for teeth cleaning which he did not request. And in the end couldn't accomplish the job they scheduled him for. He's never encountered such unprofessionalism in his life. Rude and disrespectful. He still has the two teeth he wanted extracted because the dentist they sent him to couldn't do the job!!"
