Chipotle Mexican Grill

"I asked if I could have fajitas vegetables, but was informed they were out. I asked if they’d cook some and the employee yelled back to the kitchen and I was told three minutes. Had I not asked, she wouldn't have done anything. I waited and asked why it wasn’t cooked once they ran out and was told once the container is at 50% they’ll start more, but that didn't happen. I had to wait again and watch customers orders being made, until I finally said something and have customers view me as cutting. They were out of change and needed exact, so I grabbed my wallet from my truck, then had to wait to pay again. I was handed a bag, then chased down in the parking lot, saying I had the wrong order. I walked back inside, was given the correct order and stopped to grab Chipotle sauce. All six bottles were empty, so I mentioned this to one of the employees and she said, “it's Friday”, I told her that’s not a good excuse. I love Chipotle and couldn’t wait for our town to open one, but these issues have been continuous and it's been a bad experience each visit."

"I've been here twice now and the workers are all incompetent. They can't figure out how to read an order correctly. Do not go here. They will mess up your order. Happened twice to me and my girlfriends has been fine. Send your employees back to kindergarten so they can learn. First it was forgetting something I ordered. This time it was completely messed up. I ordered a burrito and a burrito bowl and somehow ended up with two bowls. I'm livid and will never be coming back here."

"Terrible this is the 4th time going and every experience has been awful. The drive thru guy was very rude and my bowl was half empty. I asked for extra lettuce as I always get a veggie bowl and they clearly didn't care about my order."

"Really didn't want to eat a large amount of food but wanted something to eat for lunch. I had ordered the kid's taco meal with chicken it was absolutely perfect, and the amount of food and flavor was very good. The place was bissy and needed to be cleaned up a little. I definitely want to come back"

"First of all the lines were super long, which I understand. Second of all my mushy “crunchy” tacos were lacking specific ingredients I personally needed to enjoy my meal. Seeing you ran out of food and made our to go order minus a bunch of extra stuff like guacamole and salsa & gave it to us anyways, was pretty upsetting. And I don’t appreciate that after waiting 58 minutes in line for my bag of food. Ridiculous. And when I ate my “crunchy” tacos, they were literally smushed together into one taco like contraption and once pulled apart it was a mess all over my hands and outfit and my daughter’s car and she yelled at me. So thank you for that. I’ll be calling corporate to get a refund. #Karen!"
