"Office staff is incompetent. I gave them my insurance information a month before my appointment. When I arrived they asked for my insurance information (which they already had in their computer). 2 months later I get a bill from them. It turns out that they don’t take my insurance! They also tried to upsell me on fluoride treatment. When I asked if it was covered on my insurance, the hygienist went to check and found out that it wasn’t."

"I have had a great experience here so far. I am a new patient here and ever since going there the staff have been so welcoming. I have had some bad experiences with dentists in the past so I am nervous when it comes to dental work. This is starting to change because of this location. They make you feel welcomed and they care about you as a patient. They explain all work that needs to be done clearly and answer any questions you have about it. They also engage you with friendly conversations which I enjoy when it comes to a care provider I want to trust. I am a person who likes to build relationships with my provider to create that trust. Every time I have shown up they already know who I am and they greet me the moment I walk in with my name before I say a word. I did not expect this to happen at all but it makes me feel welcomed and valued. I am happy I chose this place as my new care provider and plan to continue working with them.
