"Super friendly and helpful, even with no incentive to do so. We wanted an estimate for a minor fender bender and other shops wouldn't even quote it without an insurance claim. Well, our insurance recommended getting an estimate first to decide whether a claim was warranted at all (as I said, damage was pretty minor). Old Dominion looked at it, gave us an estimate range, and even gave advice about how to get it fixed even though they won't ultimately be the shop doing the work. Much appreciated!"

The few offices near Portland were backed up easily 6-12 months so I drove a few hours to Old Dominion and they got my car in after 2 months. Service took just over 2 months and they told me it would take a while. They did a great job keeping me informed and texting me throughout the process. I would highly recommend them.
