"Fantastic beer. I had the fresh hop IPA and it was well balanced with an unexpected but delicious maltiness almost reminiscent of Irish ales. Suzy's Taqueria showed up and we had spicy Al Pastor and Carne Asada street tacos too."

"Great little place that is out of the way. Highly recommend: Tuttle Trail NE Pale Ale, and the Schmokin Porter. Back end "patio" area butts up against the Water District power dam, makes for a tranquil hangout. Staff is super friendly, and the beer is great. Island Style Grinds food truck across the street will deliver for you. Perfect for a nice out-of-the-way beer and grub."
