"I had an issue with my factory head unit that needed to be replaced and was referred to Car Toys by another company. The experience of asking questions and finding the right option with features to replace the factory stereo with all its bells and whistles was excellent, Tony did a great job! During the installation there were a couple of minor snags. But through clear and calm communication, big kudos to Gavin…he went the extra mile personally to make sure everything was handled correctly and the system was working beautifully. Overall a great experience and I’ll be back for future tweaks to my audio system. Thanks for all your help!!"
"Had a great experience because of the installers looking at my alarm system and noticing it was in valet mode. Awesome free service when I was ready to buy a new one. I’d have given a three star if not for this service. Three because the speakers I purchased we evidently a return and was missing manual, mounting kit and wiring. I didn’t need any of that, but that’s beside the point."
"Better communication between the installer and the customer. In our case the installed deck is not straight. When asked after the installation was complete he said that was as straight as he could get it. I think it would have been better for them to notify me of this as soon as it was noticed or even before things were started if this situation was a possibility, so we could explore other options. On the plus side the deck works great and the rest of the install (mic, backup cam, etc.) is good"
"I’m really satisfied on the work I got done on my car today. And I’m super impressed on how well the manager and employees were with making sure I got my car back before I absolutely needed it and being so nice and helpful with everything and working as hard as they can to get it done! Car toys Gavin needs a raise he is a great employee. They stayed late to make sure my car got finished and got it to me the same night I needed it!! Thank you guys for all you did I will definitely come back for more!! Super flexible and friendly! I 100% recommend going there for your car needs!"
