"I had reserved this item and received email confirmation it would be held until Wednesday close of business. I had business in that area on Wednesday so figured I’d get it then. Wednesday afternoon I got another email canceling the reservation. I called and was told the reservation was only 24 hours. The person was extremely helpful and told me they would get the item which they did. At the store I was charged full price, but after catching the error was immediately credited. Would be five stars if the email and store information was consistent. The item is perfect and the store has a very good selection. I typically shop at another store close to my place, but will shop this store when in the area."
