"This place has amazing jerk chicken and the sides remind me of my time in Dunn’s River. Highly recommend… spicy heat that build and smoked chicken that falls off the bone"

"Ordered the oxtail the other day, so flavorful and tender! The rice had a mild taste that paired well with the strong flavored meat"

"I’m a Caribbean native and there are no West Indian food spots down here in salem. I found this food truck. Food is 10/10 very flavorful, large portions and fresh!"

"We found this spot at the Beehive station and it’s part of the food truck hub. The first time we went there, the food was sold out. Donovan, the owner, was courteous and chatted with us a bit. He recommended that we call first prior to making our way there as they mostly sold out, so we did just that the next day. We ordered the Oxtail, Ackee and Salt-Fish. Food was delicious, full of flavors. This was my first time trying Ackee and it was not disappointing. The meals included a combination of cabbage, rice and beans, with a side of sweet plantain. There’s a slight variation to the Jamaican food I’ve tried in the past as there was no gravy to the oxtail yet it was still very well flavored, instead it included carrots and caramelized onions, which was savory. The cabbage was not steamed but more like coleslaw. It was a nice experience overall. We will definitely be back to explore more of their menu selection."
