"Bad DoorDash order! Door dasher did great, no complaints there!!! Food was cold dry and nothing like DoorDash pictures. My oriental salad had nasty old lettuce with dry teriyaki chicken, no dressing no sauce nothing. The DD app doesn’t even give a choice to add anything. The sushi was tiny with no wasabi, no soy sauce no ginger it was all bad!!!"
"In Salem for a couple days training, and this place was near my hotel. Excellent customer service, large portions, lovely atmosphere (I waited inside for my online order), and quite good food. I wish there were more vegetables on my special noodles, but that's literally my only complaint. I'll stop here again next time I'm in Salem."
"I’ve done plenty of takeouts/sit downs here. My go to is just a plain chicken teriyaki with rice, can’t go wrong with that. Maybe toss in a sushi roll. Fast, affordable and delicious. Check it out"
"Place was a little dark. The counter person asked for our order then made us wait while she counted the drawer. The short ribs and fried rice were delicious. The salad was wilted so I didn’t try it."
"Worse experience ever! We arrived and ordered as usual. Waited over 30 minutes for two meals. I hear the employee answering the phone and telling people 10-15 minutes. People were coming and going so quickly. Finally I decided to politely ask how much longer it was going to be. He looked at me and said just so you know the short ribs usually take 15 minutes but I’ll check with the kitchen. He said it should be soon. 10 more minutes pass by and we finally get our order. Only to notice there were literally 5 small bite size pieces of meat. Now I know beef is expensive nowadays but I don’t think 5 pieces should’ve costs me $18 and to wait 40 minutes for that many pieces seems ridiculous. We will never go back there and I will not recommend them to anyone I know!"
