"Ordered a Big Mac meal and it acrually looked like the photos. Plus it was good! Pretty quick getting through the drive-thru too. The staff we delt with seemed friendly with smiles (and not the obvious fake customer service friendly). The parking lot is a real PITA. If I lived in the Coos area I'd probably make this my primary location. Both our primary McDonald's in Salem are HORRIBLE drive-thru & parking in their OWN lots."

"The food and drink here has been falling short as the weeks go by. The coffee I order is always the same but gets to me always different. The food is cold the wait is getting longer. I still at the counter for 3 minutes before I was even acknowledged."

"McDonalds is a far cry from a gourmet experience. When time is limited, as well as cash, this fast food chain is a great option for a quick coffee or sandwich. Compared to other locations, the service, atmosphere, and food was a 5 star McDonalds experience. I thank the staff and management for their hard work serving this bay area."
