"Called to confirm my reservation the day before and asked if it was a possibility to pick up the trailer at 8am since Coos bay pushed it to Bandon. The girl on the phone said that it was fine. Showed up at 8:05 and the gate was closed. Called and no one answered. Called Coos bay to see if they could help and they called their manager and still no response. Had the girl on the phone known her basic hours of operation I could have avoided the 25 minute drive and an hour sitting around waiting for someone to show up. Will never use Bandon U-haul again."
