"I love this location! It is always busy but worth the wait. The customer service has been amazing each time I visit. You have a great team that appears to work together. They can customize just about any drink, and the prices are reasonable compared to several of the other coffee shops I've been to. The staff is always friendly and attentive when we visit. There are times when I have questions about their products, and they are always helpful with suggestions. I recently found a customized drink on social media that had raving reviews, and I wanted to give it a try. I keep a screenshot of the drink so that I can show it to them when I order. It looks different every single time I order it, but the drink is always amazing! They have all done an excellent job with their own personized versions of the beverage. It is a double-blended orange creamsicle rebel with soft top parfait and pomegranate drizzle. Absolutely delicious, and I highly recommend it! It is now my go-to drink from Dutch Bros. My daughter loves the iced Sugar free Golden Eagle, and I also like the blended Double Torture. Thanks for making our beverage experiences a positive one!"

"Not a friendly crew. I do love Dutch bros and as someone who works in management in customer service at a coffee shop it’s important to be nice and communicative. I went through and got a iced tea and the guy dropped the ice scoop on the ground and left it their for a couple of minutes then picked it up put it on the counter and when he finished he picked it up and used it for my drink. I then asked them if the ice scoop got washed and they said yes even though I watched them use it after contamination. They need to follow health code and not lie to their customers. Super disappointing ."
