"Do not depend on these guys. They overcharged me. They did shoddy work. They tried designing a three way gate and did not get close to being right, charged me for it anyway and would not make the corrections needed for their design to work. I asked if I needed an appointment to get the corrections made, they told me there was no need for an appointment just bring it in. So I did, I brought it in. They had it for almost 3 weeks. I called them 5 time over that 3 weeks. Someone would answer the phone and tell me someone else would get back to me. 5 times over three weeks the same story. I could not even get them to send me an estimate of what they would charge me to fix their own mistakes. I lost several jobs totaling a couple grand over the three week until I got fed up and went to get my trailer. When I called for the sixth time to complain about the customer service they hung up on me. BTW the big-tex trailer they sold me is garbage, looks like my kid just learning how to weld on scrap steel. One year later thing started breaking and falling apart. Better place to go to buy a trailer and get service on a trailer is Great Northern in Sutherland Oregon."

"Awesome place... Trailer shopping Eugene was sketchy but this place had their ducks in a row. Our sales rep Becky knew more about trailers than anyone we encountered....she even knew more about a competitors trailer than he did. Lots of accessories and services......everyone was smiley and happy while we were there."

"Went looking for a new enclosed trailer and talked too then. They had several different sizes and brands too choose from. Dave the sales person asked a few questions and knew actually what I was looking for. Dave is a really nice guy and knows his stuff, I would recommend him if you're looking for a trailer. The rest of his crew are nice too and have a good sense of humor."
