"Sears parts ordering/communication was the biggest reason the repairs took over 2 months to complete. Xigent communicated well with us. Darrin and Mark were competent and pleasant. The one thing was that the output temps should been checked at the beginning of the repairs, in which case, the compresser failure would have been discovered sooner and reduced the repair time."

"Mike was wonderful to work with. He diagnosed the problem and had to order the part. And scheduled a return appt. When they returned, they were efficient professional and did the work very quickly. We are very happy with our 2008 LG washer repair - which should last another several years! I would HIGHLY recommend them as a service company!"
"Truly horrible experience. They came to look at the dishwasher and diagnosed it quickly. Tech said they would order the part and have it within a day or two. They said they would reach out the next week to advise when the part arrived and set up a new appointment time to finish the repair. The following week came and went without a word. We called and were told they were coming the following day. Well, we weren’t going to be home and there was no call to set an appointment. We scheduled for later that week. Well, they had issues and couldn’t make that appointment. We rescheduled again. Then the ice storm hit the area so our appointment was rescheduled 2 more times because their tech couldn’t make it. We set a date and then they adjusted the time to a time we could t do. So we had to wait until the end of the day for the tech. This process was about 3 1/2 weeks total. So he came for the appointment and fixed the broken part, but refused to put it back together. When I called to ask why that didn’t happen, the tech was rude. Is this because it was through a warranty company? Poor communication and lack of customer service. Not a great combination for a service provider."
