"I always have a great time here, service is sometimes slow but the waiters and waitresses are always very kind. Plus I also like coming here for the exclusive Moutain Dew flavor."
"It's been a few years since I've eaten at Buffalo Wild Wings so I was sitting in my van looking at the online menu and a vehicle had stopped some distance away with its lights pointing in my direction. I didn't think anything about it and went to my bank next door to get cash. The vehicle (which turned out to be from a security company) then circled away from me and parked once again with its lights on my vehicle. There was no mistaking he was watching me which made me uncomfortable. I went into the restaurant and the security vehicle had moved within 2 cars' length and stopped. I went out to find out if there was a problem and he drove away and once again parked facing my vehicle. I again attempted to speak with the driver and he again moved his vehicle around to the far opposite of where I was again with his lights pointing at my vehicle. Needless to say I had no more interest in eating with what had occurred. The whole experience was disconcerting to say the least. I realize my rating isn't based on the service or food so to be fair I gave 3 stars."
"Just want to thank the manager that was able to help us with a problem order that Salem totally dismissed. He went above and beyond and reassured us that he would be helping us. We were pretty upset when we got there however we left happy thank you so much for the help. The food was amazing and hot."
"I had a small group I went with during a VERY busy sports rush, and we had excellent customer service from our server, Layne. He was very quick to get us service, consistently checked in on us, and kept us updated as to the status of our order throughout the entire time we were there, and had a great attitude. Everyone in our party had good things to say."
"I went in again after nearly a year away for the MLB World Series and a Monday Night Football game last week. Had a few beers and was enjoying the night, ordered a 10pc boneless wings for $16.49 and received this, not touched or doctored...this was placed in front of me. I understand the high cost of inflation, operating costs and labor costs...but $16.49 for this pathetic tray? The atmosphere and the bartenders were MUCH better than my previous trip. Very attentive, friendly and accommodating. Fun night, just the food cost and presentation were disappointing."
