"The people at this retail outlet in Eugene, Oregon were rude, condescending, and dismissive. We wanted to exchange a gift after Christmas just for size, and from the beginning, it seemed they were determined to find a reason not to help us. We left angry, but the more I thought about it, the anger turned to sadness at the lack of respect and caring we seem to have for each other in our culture. This was just a symptom of that."
"I was told I couldn’t unfold the blankets to look at them and had to present each one to them to have them unfold it for me and she was kind of rude about it. The quality of the blankets wasn’t really what I expected anyway, so I just left. Seems like they’ve started cutting corners and making these in China which is sad."
"Made in China ? For some reason, I was under the impression that all of their products were made in Oregon. It was very disheartening to me when I purchased the vest and got it home and it said made in China . I am happy with the product, but I probably would have thought twice about paying so much for it when it is made in China. Buyer beware !!!"

"This store is amazing. The history behind it and the stories they have are incredible . The Beach Boys story and the Big Lebowski one will blow your mind. I won't tell so ask them when you go in. The staff is very friendly and we'll informed about the product. It's a little price but he'll it's American made and it's wool so we should pay more. They made me comfortable having an informal talk with me y my purchase. I am very happy with my purchase."
