"Terrible customer service i called many times nobody answers or returning call.. plus the shipping is incomplete without informing or atleast emailed of whats going on... the returned still not processing in my bank acct its been more than 5 days or so! Its ridiculous! Its a fun clothing line but terrible customer service it takes FOREVER to answer the call in their warehouse the online purchased sucks!"
"The store has a very small men’s section in which they carry up to a xxl. The women’s section is huge - as big as two stores or more. I asked if they carried plus womens (average size 16.) I was told the store was too small to carry womens normal sizes. :("
"Ashley is the best. I would give her a raise,☝️(I'm always backwards) so it's crucial she is brilliant and helped me a lot, think god fa the rs she was so helpful and made the whole experience fun. "They sell men's clothes here!? Went here with my girlfriend and got 2 "cute" bathing suits (her words not mine). 7 dollars for each pair!? That's walmart prices! Maybe I'll pop in here more often to keep up on the trends..."
"Employees are always very nice and friendly. I'm also surprised by how they actually have pant sizes that fit me as a tall curvy person. Though sizes are still limited ( specifically shirts) its great to see size ranges growing."
