"The manager told me they would not make a cheese quesadilla. She said it was only available through an online order. She let me know they could physically make one but would not because I didnt have access to an online order at the time. She said this was becase chipotle is focused on the customer experiance. I let her know this situation made my experience terrible because they refused to help me place my order. She said it wasnt worth her job. I will never go to a chipotle again. Shame on chipotle for putting thier employees into this situation. Dont shop there. Horrible policy. This is the new location in Corvallis Oregon not even 6 months old."
"I like Chipotle, I don’t like this Chipotle. It seems like everytime I’m there, they’re missing something: chicken, beans, rice, soda, ice, forks. Also as Chipotles go, the food is subpar compared to the usual standard. The rice is often undercooked, the meat is usually tough and burnt. It doesn’t help that the spices in the rice and chicken seem to always be off balance (too salty, too spicy, etc). Too be clear, the food is edible, but at the price compared to other fast foods, it’s not good enough. Generally the staff is fine, if a little under experienced (many college students, lots of turnover). However, the bathrooms are filthy. Just awful, gas station level. Just go down the street Qdoba, it’s essentially the same type of food for about the same price, but better quality of food."
"I've only been there twice, The first time the meat was tough, almost impossible to chew. The second time, we ordered online, but the payment link was down. When I got there and pulled up to the window they inform me that I would have to come inside to get my order and pay. When I got inside I ended up having to wait 30 minutes before somebody would help me, come to find out that they hadn't even prepared the order so had the way another 10-15-20 minutes to get my order and it was not worth it I won't ever go back. And the food isn't worth the price."

"Busy location, reasonable portion size, small dining area but somehow this location managed to put in good number of tables/chairs. Limited parking space - better then nothing - and employees are putting best foot forward to accommodate patrons."
