"Nick did good work on two of our cars last summer. He was friendly and honest. However, something changed this past winter. My vehicle sat in his parking lot for 3 months waiting on a part (no problem there). But he was unresponsive to my calls, texts, and emails, when I was curious about the status. I had to have my vehicle towed to another shop. Still waiting on a refund on the parts deposit I made....after 3 weeks of trying to reach him. I don't expect to get it back. I'd say give him a chance, as I may be the only person to have had such an experience with him. Just wanted to make it known."
