"I’ve had my fair share of car break downs and trying to find a mechanic that will be fair and affordable had been challenging until I stopped by North Eugene Automotive when my check engine light turned on. They miraculously had an opening and even offered me a loaner car so I could continue to travel to work while my car was inoperable. That was months ago. More recently my battery died and I had limited options to locate a new one. I walked over to North Eugene Automotive and they had a battery ready for me and even offered to help me install if needed. Since these two incidents, I’ve decided this is my forever mechanic shop. On Thursday my car started pouring smoke out from under the hood. I jumped online to make an appt for the morning- someone confirmed that night that I could drop it off the next day - again, they offered a loaner car and my work was not disrupted due to my transportation situation. I know this is a lot of words, but to break it down… this place is incredible during difficult times and I will tell the world about their professionalism, kindness, and mechanical skills.
