"First I just want to clarify that Dr. Phelps has closed his office in Eugene, and now works exclusively from his office in Albany. Our loss. I am one of the many people who has always had a thing about dentists, but Dr. Phelps (and his entire staff) was absolutely wonderful. I had a troublesome tooth pulled, and he made me feel so comfortable I didn't even realize when it was over until he told me. I highly recommend him if you need that type of work done!"
