"I had to go get items out of my recently totaled car. The owner was SO nice and helpful. The battery was disconnected, so he reconnected it so I was able to open the doors and empty my items. He even let me cry and tell him my sob story of how I came into possession of my car and what it meant to me. My license plates are also sentimental to me and he had ZERO problem popping them off so I could take them with me. Even tho they weren’t able to fix my vehicle, he was sorry they weren’t able to and his kindness did NOT go unrecognized."
"Victor is the KING. I had a Subaru Outback that needed a door and quarter panel repair. Two other big name shops wanted almost 7000 in their estimate. They were also booked out over a month and needed my car 'at least' 2 weeks. This for a 5 mph accident in a gas station! Victor's estimate was about 2400.00 less! Victor not only got me in quickly, he had the repair done in a week as promised. It looks awesome! I am so impressed with the work, the cost and how he was able to get it done and my car back to me. Don't be put off by the location or plain exterior. I can recommend his shop to anyone."
