"Everyone was very professional and friendly, except for the receptionist at the front desk. She didn't even make eye contact. Sometimes I feel like I get treatment like that from other women because I'm pretty. She is supposed to be a professional. How the client looks shouldn't affect how you treat them. Just saying. Everyone else would agree. She shouldn't be working there if that is how she views the world."
"I see a lot of negative reviews here but my experience was different. I thought the front desk staff was polite, nobody even questioned me about my service dog even though I had forgotten his service dog vest and was using a regular black harness. The hygienist was great. Friendly and helpful. The dentist seemed nice enough given the little time I met him. But I was there for an intake appointment and didn't anticipate spending much more time than a token amount anyway. The only negative experience I had was entering through the side exit. It was absolutely littered with cigarette butts (see photos). They all seemed like the same brand so I am assuming that there is at least one chain smoking litter bug in the building."
