I called Brooks needing to get my car fit in asap and Brooks called me back after operating hours to schedule a visit and get me in within the next two days!!!!! I so appreciate Bruce and am thankful they are there for everyone in our community who is wise enough to bring their business to them! Thanks again and I'll be back!"

"I have been going to Brooks Auto Doctor for about 7 years for work on my Mercedes ML 320 CDI (turbo-diesel) now with 167K miles. I am guessing I have had about 20 service/ repair episodes with them over the years. The reason for writing a review now is that, in addition to their great work and customer service noted by other reviewers, they have an integrity rarely seen in the service world. Specifically, they will voluntarily tell me things they might have done better even though I had no cause for concern or question. No shop or can always be perfect, this shop will show the responsibility and honesty to tell you the whole story and voluntarily do their part to "make it right"; never an argument or excuse, just very fair accommodation. As a result they continue to have my trust and my loyalty to their service. I think you can be confident they will treat you equally well."

"I love this shop and won't go anywhere else. They are friendly, treat me respectfully, do thorough pre-purchase inspections, take care of all my vehicles, have loaner cars, and backup their work including part warranties. Their paperwork is straightforward, and estimates are close to the final amounts. I just work down the list in order of priorities and get our vehicles back to them on the months they say it needs a checkup or maintanence. I enjoy driving with confidence that my rigs are safe and working properly and I get our vehicles in and out timely. Working with them I have no worries, they are worth the price, and have gone out of their way, over and above, many times for us. My husband refuses to take his truck anywhere else as well, including to the dealership. He feels most comfortable with the techs here servicing and doing warranty work on his new vehicles. I highly recommend them especially Bruce, Josh, Noah and Jeremy- to anyone without hesitation."

"This is a great place to take your vehicle. I had quite a bit of work done on my 2006 Mercedes E350 Wagon. I had a mysterious power drain on my battery which was very challenging to diagnose. They worked with me and eventually figured it out. I've had other work done there and they have always done great work. My car is running great. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and I felt they took great care of my car and me. I would highly recommend going there. It's been worth every penny for me."
