"My favorite Mexican food cart in the Portland metro area. Yes, it's all the way in Tigard but it's so worth it! The best California burrito in town and fresh salsa options. I make it a point to stop by when I'm in the area."
"4.5 stars. Food was pretty good though not the best I have had. The tacos were good and meaty. There is a condiments bar and a variety of drink options. The location is tough. Parking is at a premium even when it is slow. There are a couple other food carts nearby. Prices were fair. Service was good with a handheld buzzer for when food is ready. I would come again if in the area."
