"Decided to try the new Margarita Factory. We love Mexican food and have a couple favorite places in town. After reading some reviews I wasn’t sure how good it will be. I have to say my whole family was pleasantly surprised. The owners definitely put a lot of $$ in the TI. I’m an architect and atmosphere is a little over the top but I appreciate the care and thought they put into the space. It’s fun. Food was very yummy. Some reviews said lack of flavor but that was not our experience. Drinks were large and had a good amount of alcohol. Many Mexican restaurants skimp on the tequila. Our server Jorge was the perfect balance of attentive and friendly. We had my 18 month boy with us and I found the space to be well suited for young single adults and families. If I had to criticize one thing is I’d suggest listing drink prices on the menu. You guys deserve 5 stars. We will definitely be back."

"First impressions, Wow! Are we in Vegas, LA, New York? Can't believe this restaurant remodel took place in Tigard and is done so well! Perfect Date night spot! Came here for the first time tonight on date night and couldn't be more happy! Great decor and food was perfect! A little pricey but it was worth it! Service was even better! Our server Lacee was fantastic, attention to detail was unparalleled. Can't wait to come back! Driving by I was surprised to see this place on the outside, it caught my eye. They did a full remodel, completely upgrading the outside from the old dumply looking place that was here before. Overall A+ and I'll be back!"

"I wholeheartedly appreciate the outstanding experience at this restaurant! The professionalism of the staff enhances the overall dining experience, coupled with the consistently excellent quality of the food and drinks. The impressive happy hour offerings contribute to the overall appeal, and the meticulously crafted ambiance adds a delightful touch to the atmosphere. Notably, the friendly staff, including George and Adrian, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and provide assistance with our requests. Their dedication further elevated our dining enjoyment. In conclusion, I enthusiastically recommend this establishment for its exceptional service, delectable cuisine, inviting ambiance, and the genuine warmth of its staff. It truly stands out as a remarkable dining destination."

"The music was so loud that we had to shout at the people who are across the table from us. The table wasn't held down at all so any slight movement moved the whole table. The food took 45 minutes + to come out because of how busy it was. My Shirley temple had way too much grenadine in it. The lemonade was super watery, tasted like they just mixed in a little bit of country time powered. The bean dip has absolutely no flavor. Chips have no salt, neither do their fries. Forgot to bring my dad his tortillas for the fajitas he ordered (had to ask for them once the waiter came back). The sour cream had almost an expired taste to it (something was off) There was no place for me to set my purse (couldn't hang it on the chair). Went into the restaurant as a reservation party of 4 & on the receipt it said we were a party of 8 & charged us 18% gratitude. The place is pretty but that's all it is. It seems to be curated for instagram. Wouldn't recommend coming here for any good food or good service."

"We went there on Christmas Eve, and it was a hit across the board. It will definitely become a new favorite in our regular restaurant rotation. The service was amazing, and the food was nearly perfect. The drinks were also impressive, with a great selection of Mezcal. However, I have two points to make, which is why this review is 4 stars instead of 5: 1) The beans and rice were oddly the only parts of our meal that felt lacking. They were just okay, which is surprising since that's usually something Mexican restaurants get right. 2) The 2% service charge. The sign at the front is not a good customer experience. Not only does this sign essentially say, "We want to hide some of our costs off the menu," but it also comes off as a subtle complaint about wage increases, healthcare, etc. I'm happy to pay higher prices to support living wages—and a 2% charge seems very odd to highlight when simply raising your prices would be less noticeable. Ditch the sign and adjust the menu prices slightly. Don't whine about it on your receipts or signage. Aside from those two points, I'd still recommend people visit - the food, atmosphere, and service are too good to pass up."
