"Integrity Auto Repair was recommended to me by AutoCraft in Eugene. I am so thankful. The words were, "Talk to Loren, he will not cheat you or overcharge you." I couldn't get a better recommendation than that! When my insurance company, who I've been with for over 40 years (for home and auto --- it is for people associated with the military), unexpectedly totaled my car after 3½ months of waiting for repairs, Loren and his crew had it on the road ten days after it was delivered to his lot, at the tail end of the ice storm. My insurance company arranged that tow from their collision repair shop to Integrity. I got a message that my insurance claim had paid out $667 for that 2 min, 9/10 of a mile tow from 2nd Avenue. The insurance company's salvage agent reaffirmed that the usual fee was around $125. In the chaotic closing and opening due to the storm, the Integrity team was still able to get the estimate to me by the next day, and my beautiful car was back to me at the end of the next week. The insurance company had said, "Don't drive to return the rental car during the Emergency Ice Stay-At-Home Alert, but we won't reimburse the extra day." So, I had to pay for it out-of-pocket. They did reimburse 60 days of rental car while my car sat on their contracted collision repair shop's lot waiting to be repaired, as well as for the two days that they actually had it inside of the shop. Integrity Auto Repair gave me a complimentary loaner car. My virtual fatal error was in taking my car to the insurance company's shop. I said, "No, I'll take it to my own shop." They said, "Fine, but you still have to take it to our shop for the inspection." I said, "This isn't the hill upon which I want to make my do or die stand; I'll just use your shop." No, no, no! If I had only known. The original estimate was $1677. They totaled the car when their list of embellished charges hit $7623. Integrity had my beautiful car back to me for $4200. The insurance company was adamant about totaling the car, even though it would cost them an additional $3600 to pay me for the forced sale. So, I ended up with my car back, a branded title, and I get the $3600 besides. I have a new auto shop in Integrity for all of my car needs, and I have a branded title. I worked with Adam and Jessica at the shop, besides Loren, and the insurance company had Jessica and me do everything except whistle "Dixie" (they are a Texas outfit) before it would affirm that my auto policy had collision and accident coverage, so that Integrity could lend me their courtesy car. "I think I entered another dimension, a place where customer service and honesty still exist. My visit today put me into shock but in a very good way. I took my vehicle in this morning for a very simple "repair" but one I could not do myself. Without going into unneeded details about the repair, I fully expected it to be with them all day for this small "repair". My (first) shock came when I got a call about 2-hours after I dropped it off and was told it was all done, problem solved. I was very happy they got it done so fast and would have been more than pleased with this alone. But my real shock came when I picked it up. I pulled out my credit card to pay for the repairs and was told "no charge"!!! Who does that in this day and age??? This really made my entire day. Obviously with this customer service, and taking care of a customer who had only been there once before a long time ago, they really know how to impress somebody. A shop like this really needs to be at the top of your speed dial for auto repairs; they are on the top of mine now and I will be back. Awesome job!!!"
