Chipotle Mexican Grill

"I typically order chicken bowls from here, today the young lady that made my bowls was super skimpy with portions. She didn’t mark my double chicken bowl and when I asked her she weighted both bowls with her hands and marked the wrong one, the double chicken portion was a single chicken portion and the single portion was sad looking. I still payed the extra money for extra chicken. Not ok. You can’t even see rice on this from how small the portion is!"

"Staff were not professional, we were not greeted and stood there forever with no line, and the food was terrible and dry. I asked for carnitas and had to show the kid which meat it was. Over half the chips in my bag were completely crushed. The cheese had a thick lukewarm warm consistency. Staff were high and eating food over other prepared food. Do not recommend."

"read all the 1-star reviews before going in hoping that they were all wrong and surprise surprise they weren't. The employee making my bowl looked lost and confused when i told him what i wanted let alone i couldn't even hear the person when they spoke. The portion sizes here are hilarious. i had to ask multiple times for more of each topping and when i did, they would put a pinch more of that item. I've been to multiple to chipotle's and this one is by far one of the saddest I've seen. If anyone needs a reliable chipotle that wont screw you over, the one in Sherwood will take care of you. You wont have to worry about portion sizes which something we shouldn't have to worry about yet here we are."

"I haven’t eaten at a Chipotle Grill in probably five years. Clearly I have forgotten how delicious their food is. I ordered a salad with the grilled chicken and it was incredibly flavorful. (Beware of the blended hot sauce - it is very spicy and a little, like a tablespoon, goes a long way!). It also was a huge meal for a reasonable fee. Don’t forget their famous chips with the littlest bit of lime flavoring. These used to be served warm, but mine were not, last night at nearly 8PM. Still, they were fresh and crisp. I agree that the employees could use a little training to acknowledge the customer and make us feel welcome. However, they appeared to know their jobs and performed them efficiently and well."

"No water in the bathroom sinks, when I let them know this and ask them if I could rinse my hand somewhere since I put soap on them, they told me that there was water in the bathrooms. I took them about five minutes to determine that there was no water in the bathrooms (either one). They did give me a bottled water to rinse my hands off. How are the workers washing their hands after using the restroom if there is no water in either bathroom? Burrito is ordered with extra lettuce and “no thank you” for salsa (hate tomatoes), after Picada Gallo was dumped on my burrito. The worker said “Oops”, and wrapped it up for me. Unfortunately, this was not an impressive trip to Chipotle’s."
