"We stopped here for food and ice cream. There was an issue with the ice cream machine, so we weren't able to get any. My niece got food and it was out relatively quickly but it was not good quality at all. I ordered an iced coffee. It tasted super watered down and when I opened it to look at it there was BLACK HAIR in the drink. Needless to say I threw up and threw the drink away. Will not be returning."
"Food is barely warm every time I come here. I generally enjoy Sonic, but this location gives me food that is cold more often than not. I've never had an issue with staff and when I bring it up they address it immediately. But I should not have to complain about cold food almost every time I eat here. And to be clear, I am dining in so it is not an issue of the food cooling off while traveling. And we're talking burgers and fries, standard menu items. A bad experience once in a while is bound to happen but it's so frequent here that I felt I needed to leave a review."
"Jacob B was friendly, courteous, and very helpful. He warmly welcomed me and patiently answered my question while he was on break. Jalapeño poppers, onion rings, and pickle spear fries, cherry limeade slushy, and caramel milkshake were great! Bacon Double burger was filling. Thank you Jake for your excellent customer service!"
"I usually order ahead on the app here because they have killer online deals and the wait times can get pretty long! Absolutely love the pickle fries! Won't get mozzarella sticks anywhere else and my husband loves the burgers and shakes here! Can't ever go wrong with sonic! The food is always hot and delicious. Staff is usually friendly."
"I prefer Sonic breakfast burritos to McDonalds Egg McMuffin! So, after 20,000 travel miles, I've eaten at a lot of Sonic locations! I wish I had read the reviews for this location before coming here! The breakfast burrito can only be described as a 'rip-off'! I've never been served such a tiny little burrito before! I won't be back to the King City Sonic!"
