"In January 2017, Dr Elford said I had 8 cavities that needed filling. I was surprised since my teeth had always been good and I had almost no previous cavities. I got a printout of the treatment plan but I never made an appointment for the fillings. I went back for cleaning, x rays, and check-ups in 2018 and 2019 and he never mentioned those cavities, so neither did I. Then in January 2020 he was buying a fancy new office and now he again said I had 8 cavities that needed filling. I got a printout of the treatment plan and saw that only 5 of them were the same as the 2017 list. So I decided to try a different dentist, who said I had no cavities in 2021. In 2022, my new dentist said I had 3 cavities that needed filling and only one of them was on Dr Elford’s list. Unfortunately that one cavity was really bad, causing me a lot of pain and ending up not having enough tooth left to hold the filling, so now I need an expensive onlay. It probably should have been filled in 2020 or 2021, but if I had gone ahead with everything Dr. Elford wanted to do, I would have also ended up with 10 unnecessary fillings, since none of those 10 “cavities” he wanted to fill have been found by 2 subsequent dentists."

"Dr. Park-Nah and her assistant provided the best dental care I have received to date. The staff was incredibly helpful, informative, and professional. I have never felt as comfortable having such invasive work done as I experienced with this team. I hope I never have to undergo the level of care required again, but if I do, I already know that I will be travelling back here for anything involving endodontics. Thank you."

"I travel a lot and stopped here for a cleaning. The guy was so nice, and very good at cleaning my teeth, then he mentioned I should have and existing cavity checked out. I schedule the visit, the dental assistant starts talking about two cavities that need to be filled, I assured her it was only one. After some confusion, I find out that he wants to give me two fillings, was quick, but when finishing the cavities off he drilled them way too deep, then did a check with the paper and the bite down, didn't ask me a thing, and said it was good and left. Since then, now over a month, I have not been able to eat anything on the right side of my mouth. Sensitive to almost everything. I never agreed to two fillings, I feel taken advantage of, because I am not a regular. On top of that, I am getting harassed for an extra $1,000. Would not recommend."

"I’ve seen a lot of dentists in my time in Eugene due to constant insurance changes but this office is by far the best. Amazing staff, welcoming environment, and very affordable. They’re very honest and don’t try to upset you on treatments that aren’t necessary like a lot of dentists. As somebody who goes 2x a year but still hates it, this has been by far the most enjoyable experience I’ve had in a dentist chair. Can’t recommend them enough."
