We provide a limited warranty on appliances carried out from our store, and a full warranty on appliances delivered and installed by us. "They were supposed to come pick up my used appliances free within 2 weeks. After 3 weeks, they told me they would be here by today (over a week later. I called today because I haven't heard from them and they told me it would cost $50. I don't know what they're thinking, but I'll never have anything to do with them again."
"Just wanted to let everyone know not to buy appliances from JIMS APPLIANCES in reedsport. I bought a washer and dryer from him got it home and started laundry went to check on them the washer was leaking from bottom and it was walking across my garage I tried different size loads but it did same thing. Took it back to jim told him what was wrong he said he'd look at it and get ahold of me the next day. 3 days later I called him he said there all good so I asked him what the issues were he told me there was nothing wrong with washer it didnt leak or walk. So I brought it home tried it again same issues it walks and leaks and he refuses to do anything about it pretty poor buisness practice. Also I talked to my neighbor who said he wishes we would of talked before I went there because he had the same issues with the washer he bought from him. So I highly recommend finding anywhere but JIMS APPLIANCES IN REEDSPORT to spend your money he will be happy to sell you broken appliances and refuse to do anything about it"
"when my wife and I fist moved to reedsport about three months ago we bought our appliances from jim's, (washer, dryer, stove and refrigerator) and I didn't want to pay the 40 dollar fee to to take them about 3 blocks to my house so I walked ALL of them Home by myself as they just laughed at me for doing this instead of paying them more money, within 2 weeks we had to have the washer replaced, then 2 weeks after that the dryer shorted out so I fixed that myself, then at 67 days our refrigerator went out and I had to pay full price for another one got it home and set up and it lasted about 2 weeks before it went out also. so I wont EVER buy any appliance from here and you shouldn't either unless you don't want your appliances for more than 2 weeks"
